To meet this working condition, materials must be customized, which would not be allowed by the time, because it would take at least 40 days. It is carburized at high temperature of 820-830 ℃ for 13 hours, then oil quenched, - 60 ℃ to - 70 ℃ cryogenic treatment and 150 ℃ to 160 ℃ tempering treatment. The whole molecular structure of the steel is uniform and the hardness can reach HRC68. After such heat treatment, the comprehensive properties are very stable, uniform hardness and good wear resistance. Wear resistance and high contact fatigue strength ensure no cavitation.
