Firstly, the workpiece is water cooled to 475-485°C at a cooling rate of 8-9°C/s, then air cooled to 325-345°C, then water cooled to 195-2050°C at a cooling rate of 4-5°C/s, and then air cooled to room temperature. In this 4-step process, most hydraulic relief valve manufacturers only take 2 steps.
