The differential circuit design simplifies the hydraulic manifold system, reduces the operation cycle of the hydraulic system from 30 seconds to 20 seconds, and greatly improves the production efficiency.

The three pump oil supply of the original hydraulic manifold system is changed to the two pump oil supply, and the return oil pressure is used to directly cool the return oil. In this way, the series link of the system is reduced, the system pipeline is simplified, the energy is saved, and it is helpful for energy consumption and efficiency.

Timothy told me privately that without the support of his supervisor for the development fee of 6000 US dollars for the hydraulic manifold, he paid it by himself. The boss was surprised by his actions and appreciated him. He gradually replaced the original supervisor.
