In March this year, Tancredo, an old customer from Italy, emailed me: Can you complete 50 non-standard customized hydraulic cartridge relief valves in 30 days and the valve hole accuracy within 1μm? I guess he ran into a wall when purchasing hydraulic cartridge relief valves from other hydraulic cartridge manufacturers. In the second half of last year, they developed a high-precision hydraulic pipe pressing machine, which requires the use of hydraulic cartridge relief valves. Due to time constraints, they chose samples from local hydraulic valve manufacturers, but the equipment debugging was not smooth.
